UPTU Letter            Admission Form

 

Admissions are open under Management Quota/Lapses Seats ForB.Tech & 2nd Yr. Lateral entry for (CS, IT, EC, EE ,ME)

MCA & MBA Session 2009-2010.

 

Forward Application on plain paper to Director/Registrar , BSACET Latest By 18 Sep 09 at 9.00 am.


Admission Procedure :
The admissions to the B.tech. Courses in the college are made on the basis of UPTU-SEE. A limited no of seats are available under management quota.


Eligibility : Btech: 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Computer Science with min 50% marks.

Minimum percentage criteria for UPSEE EXAMS are 45% and for management quota is 60 %.


Fee Structure: Fee will be charges as per the UP Govt rules.

 

Prospectus Cost: Admisssion form and prospectus is available for Rs. 500/-

 

Documents To be submitted at the time of admission:


Letter of Admission issued by the Admission Committee, UPTU-SEE/AIEEE.

Fee receipt deposited at UPTU-SEE/AIEEE.

Admission fee will be deposited in cash or by bank draft, drawn in favour of the Director, B.S.A. College of Engineering & Technology, Mathura. Cheques will not be accepted.


Hostel fee receipt and hostel security deposit receipt, if student seeks admission in hostel.


High School Certificates & Marks Sheet of qualifying examinations in original along with three attested copies of each.


Transfer/Migration Certificate & Character Certificate in original along with two attested copies of each.


Ten recent passport size color photographs.


Caste & Income Certificate for SC ST & OBC students.


A notarised affidavit for gap, in studies after qualifying examination, if any.


Note:

 

The parents/ guardians of the admitted students will have to give an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper that their sons/daughters/wards will not indulge in any act of indiscipline. Parents have to give undertaking that if their ward attendance were less than 75% then their ward would be barred. In case of any indiscipline, he/she may be expelled from the College/Hostel and may also be subjected to monetary punishment etc. as decided by the Disciplinary Committee of the college.

The caution money will be refunded in full to students only after the successful completion of the course. If a student leaves the college/course before completion of the course due to any reason, whatsoever, his/her caution money will not be refunded.

The above rules will be effective for the students admitted in the year 2009 and onwards.
