ACTIVITIES BEYOND CURRICULUM

BSA is introducing new courses and revising its curriculum frequently to keep pace with new trends worldwide in educational pedagogy. Apart from course work, students build their managerial skills and perspectives by conducting consulting assignments for local firms and interacting extensively with executives who speak at industry interaction forums and invitation seminars on campus.

 

BSA endeavours to enhance the managerial capabilities in students so that they can be effective team leaders in their fields. BSA is regularly arranging Personality Development Programme (PDP) classes for improving self-confidence, dynamism, communication skills, analytic approach and positive attitude etc. so that they can prepare themselves to face the challenges of Corporate World. The PDP classes are conducted by experts from India and abroad. Each one of our students moulds himself/herself into MNC status. We ensure that our students develop technical skills and core competencies to become effective technocrats to serve the industry and corporate world with utmost professionalism. BSA organizes technical seminars to provide a platform for the students to interact with professionals from various industries. It encourages visits to the industries by the college students. BSA arranges for industrial problems to be worked on by students as part of their projects. It also takes suggestions from members of industry regarding designing/changing of curriculum. Technical paper presentation contests are held in collaboration with industries to discuss new developments and trends.

 

Technical Skill Development

   Tie up with HP Education Services to impart technical skills to students as per Industry Standards in the field of Computer Science

         and Information Technology.
   Training Arrangement with CAD centre to impart special training to mechanical students.

 

Soft Skill Development

 

Soft Skills training is imparted to the students to enhance their personalities, communication & develop confidence to take on international competition. BSA has tied up with Hero Mindmine (Division of Hero Group) to develop soft skills among students from Ist year onwards in structured manner.

 

Assessment Test

 

BSA is making arrangements to assess BSA students on regular basis so that proper step can be taken to improve their performance.
