Training & Placement Cell

The mission of Training & Placement Cell is to provide employment opportunities & world class training to BSA students in leading organizations. BSA has a well-developed Training & Placement Cell headed by a Training & Placement Officer having good relationship with the industry.

 

Selection Procedures

Campus Recruitment : Selection is typically based on group discussions and/or personal interviews on campus. Organizations are requested to finalize a mutually convenient date for their visit to the campus well in advance. After the selection process, organizations are requested to announce the list of selected candidates on the campus itself.

Off-Campus Recruitment : Selection is typically based on applications made by students against specific organizational requirements. Organizations, which are unable to visit the campus, are requested to finalize the list of selected students and intimate the Placement Bureau of the same at the earliest. It is important to note that students apply to several organizations and once a student has accepted an offer he/she cannot accept any subsequent offers. It is therefore requested that a waiting list of students is provided, whom the organization shall consider for summer placements, in case students from the original list have already accepted other offers.
