LIFE @ BSACET

Sports & Recreation services exist to support personal development and enhance the well being of students at the college. BSACET provides a uniform platform for the students to showcase their creativity and innovation. A lush green, large playground eagerly awaits the students for their outdoor sports extravaganza round the year. Equal weightage is given to indoor games eg. table tennis, chess, carom, and badminton. Our students win many prizes in the events organized by Dr. APJAKTU and other colleges every year.

The students at the campus get full opportunity to expose their hidden talents by means of cultural & sports activities. We do not believe in producing bookworms but in developing the overall personality of students. The Institute celebrates its annual function ARUNIMA every year. Arunima rejuvenates the tired students and fires their competitive spirit. Various sports events and literary activities are also held in this program. The two-day long bonanza starts with a cultural evening and ends with prize distribution.

In order to showcase technical skills, “TECHFEST” is organized every year. Paper Presentation Contest, Quiz, Extempore, and Model Exhibition, etc. are organized by the students themselves in which many other colleges also participate.

Medical Facility

The college provides a medical facility in a well-equipped 300 beds in Hospital Brij Chikitsa Sansthan & Raman Lal Shorawala Eye Hospital, run by the parent body of the College “Shri Agrawal Shiksha Mandal”. First-Aid facility is also available in each hostel and College.

Railway Concession

Railway Concession is provided to students during college tenure. For participating in Seminar/Conference concession and MST/QST facilities are also available to students.

24 Hours Internet Access

The BSACET campus is wi-fi enabled to provide 24 hours of Internet access to all the students.

In Campus Banking & ATM

In the campus branch of a nationalized bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce and ATM are available to the students. On payment, photo state facility is also available to students.

Cafeteria

A modern cafeteria facility is available in the campus. It serves an alternative menu during the day, where students can easily energize themselves after the college hours.

Hostel Accommodation

The college offers a high standard of living in two boys hostels (164 rooms) and one girl hostel (82 rooms) situated within the campus. Spacious, well-ventilated rooms with adequate furniture provide a comfortable stay for the students at the college. Each of the hostels is equipped with 24 hours power supply with generator sets, water coolers, geysers & RO water purifiers. Indoor games & TV sets are provided in the common room to relax the students during leisure.

Fire fighting apparatus are installed in every hostel building. Each hostel is under a Resident Warden & a Chief Warden to guide the students. Nourishing food cooked under hygienic conditions is provided as per the menu decided by the students themselves. Accommodation is provided on a single or sharing mode. The students are advised to apply for hostel accommodation at the earliest to avoid any disappointment.
